Shipping:
I ship quickly, usually within 2 business days of your purchase. However, unforeseen delays do sometimes occur. If your order is time-sensitive, please notify me and I will often be able to ship on the same or next business day. Upgraded shipping methods are also available for an additional charge.
Customer Satisfaction:
With most of my items, I have only one in stock, so I write highly detailed item descriptions to help ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. I am happy to answer any questions you have and send additional photos if desired. If you receive an item that is substantially different from its description, or has a flaw which was not noted, I will provide a full refund (including return shipping) upon receiving the item back in the same condition in which it was sent.
